Unfortunately, no. Since cannabis is not legal in Pennsylvania for adult use, but only medically, only PA residents with a medical marijuana card can purchase from a PA dispensary. In order to be considered eligible as a medical marijuana patient in Pennsylvania, one of the requirements is that you must have a Pennsylvania driver’s license or an ID card issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Only approved medical marijuana patients (and their approved caregivers) can purchase marijuana in Pennsylvania, as recreational cannabis is not legal. The amount of cannabis a medical marijuana patient or caregiver could purchase had been one-month’s supply, though recently the Governor signed a law upping the amount to a three-month supply.
Only approved caregivers and approved medical marijuana patients 21+ can purchase marijuana products in the state of Pennsylvania.
