This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) serves as notice to you of Jushi Inc and its affiliates (collectively, “we,” “us,” and “our”) policies and practices regarding the Personal Information we collect when users visit this website and any other websites we control (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy also applies when you provide us your Personal Information offline (for example upon visiting one of our retail locations).

 

Fur purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be used to identify, locate or contact you.

 

Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given to such terms in our Terms of Use.

We may collect various types of Personal Information. Some examples of Personal Information include:

You are free to control and limit the Personal Information you provide to us. However, failure to provide all the Personal Information we have requested may cause you to be unable to properly use the Site or be eligible for certain offers, services and/or content on our Sites.

If we cannot validate your identity, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of this issue. Please note that fulfillment of this request will not prohibit disclosures for non-marketing purposes or reduce the number of advertising content displayed on the Site.
