Chem Cookies is said to be a significantly potent (THC levels reported as high as 25.22%), (for some) a bit slow to take full effect, joyful, encouraging, body-soothing and somewhat distracted, (most likely) slightly Sativa-Dominant, sweet/sour, citrus, pine and fuel, afternoon/evening hybrid blend of (there does seem to be a bit of confusion) Sour Chem Scout and Mint Chocolate Chip. Effects: euphoric, relaxed, pain relief.
