The Hello Club Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

The Hello Club is the loyalty rewards program offered by Jushi Holdings Inc. (“Jushi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at participating Jushi retail locations. By enrolling in or participating in The Hello Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership Tiers
The Hello Club includes three membership tiers based on a member’s rolling annual net spend before tax:
- Hello Member: Less than $1,000 in rolling annual spend
- Hello Plus: $1,000–$3,999 in rolling annual spend
- Hello VIP: $4,000 or more in rolling annual spend
Your tier is determined by your eligible net purchases during the applicable rolling annual period.
Existing Hello Club members will be placed into the appropriate tier based on their current qualifying spend at the time the updated program launches.
Tier status may change as your rolling annual spend changes.
2. Earning Points
Members earn points on eligible net sales before tax based on their current membership tier:

| Hello Member | 1 point for every $1 spent |
| Hello Plus | 1.5 points for every $1 spent |
| Hello VIP | 2 points for every $1 spent |
Points are calculated based on eligible net sales before tax.
When a loyalty reward or redemption is applied to a purchase, points are earned only on the remaining eligible net purchase amount after the redemption has been applied.
Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed in accordance with these Terms.
3. Reward Redemption Levels
Hello Club points may be redeemed for standardized rewards at the following levels:

| 100 points | $4 off |
| 250 points | $10 off |
| 500 points | $20 off |
| 1,000 points | $40 off |
| 2,000 points | $80 off |
| 2,500 points | $100 off |
Points are valued at approximately $0.04 per point when redeemed at the available reward levels.
Rewards are offered at the standardized redemption levels shown above and are not redeemed as an unrestricted accrued dollar balance.
4. Redemption Rules
The following rules apply to Hello Club reward redemptions:
- A maximum of one Hello Club point-based reward may be redeemed per transaction per day.
- The maximum point-based reward redemption is $100 per transaction per day.
- There is no minimum purchase amount required to redeem an available reward, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- Points and rewards may not be redeemed for cash.
- Members must have the required number of points in their account at the time of redemption.
5. Point Expiration
Hello Club points expire 180 days after they are earned.
Expired points are automatically removed from the member’s account and cannot be reinstated or redeemed after expiration.
Each group of points earned will have its own expiration date based on the date those points were earned.
6. Using Points Across Jushi Locations
Hello Club points accrue and may be redeemed at participating Jushi locations, including participating locations in different states.
Point earning, reward redemption and availability remain subject to applicable state and local laws, regulations and restrictions.
7. $10 Birthday Reward
Eligible Hello Club members receive a $10 Birthday Reward.
The Birthday Reward:
- Is issued as a $10 reward coupon, not as loyalty points.
- Becomes available 3 days before the member’s birthday.
- Expires 7 days after the member’s birthday.
- Provides a maximum redemption window of 10 days.
- Is available to eligible Hello Club members regardless of recent account activity.
- Does not require a minimum purchase.
- May be used together with an eligible Hello Club point redemption, subject to applicable laws and restrictions.
- Redeemable on non-cannabis product only in Ohio.
A valid birth date must be associated with the member’s account in order to receive the Birthday Reward.
8. Net Sales and Eligible Spend
Unless otherwise stated, Hello Club tier qualification and point earning are based on eligible net sales before tax.
Taxes do not count toward tier qualification or point earning.
Amounts covered by redeemed loyalty rewards do not qualify for additional point earning.
9. Account and Membership
Hello Club points, rewards, tier status and other benefits are associated with the individual member’s loyalty account.
Membership benefits may not be sold, transferred or assigned to another person unless expressly permitted by Jushi.
Members are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping their account information current.
10. Program Availability and Changes
Jushi reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or discontinue The Hello Club or any portion of the program, including:
- Membership tiers
- Tier qualification thresholds
- Point earning rates
- Point values
- Redemption levels
- Reward availability
- Point expiration periods
- Birthday benefits
- Participating locations
- Other program rules or benefits
Changes may apply retrospectively as permitted by applicable law. Where required, notice of material changes will be provided to members.
11. Misuse of the Program
Jushi may suspend or terminate a Hello Club account or cancel points or rewards if it reasonably determines that the program has been used fraudulently, improperly or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Applicable Laws
The Hello Club is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Cannabis laws, regulations and loyalty-program requirements may vary by jurisdiction. Certain rewards, earning opportunities or redemption methods may therefore be unavailable or restricted in particular locations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to provide a benefit or redemption that is prohibited by applicable law.

Information collected in connection with The Hello Club is handled in accordance with the Beyond Hello Privacy Policy:

Your use of the Beyond Hello website, digital services and related online features is also subject to the Beyond Hello Terms of Use:
If there is any conflict between these Hello Club Terms & Conditions and the general Terms of Use with respect to The Hello Club loyalty program, these Hello Club Terms & Conditions will govern to the extent of that conflict.
